Return Conditions
1.1. Product Status:
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
1.2. Refund Request Period:

2. Return Process
2.1. Product Return Address:
The product to be returned must be sent to [Return Center Name, Address].
2.2. Return Shipping Fee:
In case of product return, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer, but if the product was sent by us and there is a defect in the product, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
2.3. Return Approval:
Returned products will be approved once received and inspected and the return process will be initiated.
3. Post-Return Procedures
3.1. Refund Refund:
For approved return requests, refunds will be made to the customer via the same payment method.
3.2. User Account:
Once the refund is completed, a notification will be made to the customer's user account.
3.3. Change Due to Return:
If the customer wants to buy another product instead of the product he wants to return, he can submit the exchange request together with the return request.
4. Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted
4.1. Products for Personal Use:
Returns of products used for personal hygiene are not accepted.
4.2. Special Orders:
Products specially produced or personalized upon customer request cannot be returned.
